GS Africa Process to Rent
the bike rental process explained
Step 1
Enquiry
As you begin your motorcycle adventure journey, the first step involves sending through your enquiry via email/phoning in/or from the website with as much detail as possible. Please provide as much information as possible in order to make your trip as memorible as possible.
Step 2
Estimation per requirements
Our reply estimation will be sent from the online platform and will include the following:
When, where, bike model choice, extras and accessories requested

Step 3
Invoice, Payment & Documentation
Upon acceptance of the quotation, payments can be made through our 3D secure online platform or via an electronic bank transfer. Once payment has been received, our team will send you our online T&C’s and request a copy of your license and ID/passport.
Step 4
Motorcycle Collection
Insurance Excess Deposit requested 2 days before the first rental date. Pre-authorisation (1 – 6 Days rental) / Sale (7+ Days rental). The motorcycle is collected at the agreed time and address. If the transaction is done manually, a swipe of the card is required and a signed invoice for a deposit. Outspection of motorcycle done and the fun begins!
Step 5
Return of Motorcycle & Deposit
At the end of the adventure, the bike is returned/collected at the agreed address and time. The bike is washed and inspected for damage (ideally next working day). (If any) damage costs are deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance is refunded. No damage then deposit refunded which can take 7 – 10 working days to reflect back onto your credit card.
